What language do i choose when speedrun and where is it

Any language is allowed but most speedruners use Chinese as because of the alphabet the dialogues are shorter and by that you can save around 15-20 seconds (I think) in the cutscenes where you are travelling to the next Kingdom

Japanese, 11s faster than English, 5-6s faster than Traditional and Simplified Chinese, 3rd choice from the bottom.
