So i'm having a issue where sometimes (a bit less then half i'd say) when i attack guards and pay the bounty to get teleported where i want to go they will take my money and just let me go there without teleporting. I can't figure out what causes it and it's cause issues in several runs for me? anyone know why this happens and how to stop it from happening thanks

Speaking of which what is the downside of using special edition minus the cult guys. BTW i'm running main story no glitch

mods are not allowed for speedrunning
