First the time starts when you touch any part of the top of the rail or stairs. There is a teleporter around 7-8 stairs up. When you get teleported use your parachute to glide to the stairs. Right when you get to the stairs go on the rail and cut corners. Time ends when you hit the yellow spawn point at the top.
