There's quite a few things to have in mind when it comes to verifying a run. It's not easy to lecture everyone and besides we will only hire verifiers when we're in the need. It's alright to not verify a run that has been submitted like 1/2 days ago, but if we are talking weeks then we'll have to hire someone.
