Hey! So I was recently thinking about going for the All Achievements Glitchless World Record. Because I do not have the strongest PC, if I use Vanilla Minecraft/ Vanilla with Optifine, I get low framerates, and lag spikes. I was wondering if I would be allowed to use Badlion Client to boost my FPS. If this is allowed, I could show the Badlion menu at the start of the run to prove that I am not using any mods that would give me an unfair advantage. Thanks! (P.S, if Badlion is allowed, would I be able to use the Toggle Sprint mod?)

Badlion and lunar client are not allowed for speedrunning.

Just download optifine! Badlion client has optifine in it but also has mods which are banned in speedrunning. You can find it on the official optifine website and it is quite easy to download.

Thanks All! I do already have optifine, however I do not get the highest framerates with vanilla optifine, so I was just wondering. :)

I would like to suggest something. I have to use lunar because I can't run 1.16 because it "doesn't respond" and in 1.16 optifine when I open a world it also "doesn't respond". I like SSG Speedrunning, and as so I have done it for fun. I don't necessarily need to submit runs because I have more fun just showing my friends my runs recordings, but it would be nice if I get a sub 3 (what i've been aiming for). I can take all my mods off and turn fullbright off, and use F3 instead of having the coords mod on. there are very few people in this type of circumstance but I really would like to speedrun and I might submit a run anyway, even though it might be rejected for no apparent reason other than a client I'm using without any of it's advantages. Plus this forum said BADLION client is thought of as a mod but what about lunar? also this is my first forum post so don't be to hard on me ples :).

also if u dont want to download sodium if youre doing ssg then just do render distance 2 and you'll be fine

i wouldnt say this was a necropost i would say it would have to go 1 week without consistent posts
