Hello, I was trying to do an all-boards run and accidentally stopped the video during the second board. Would it be acceptable for me to do the rest of it in a second video or does it need to be continuous?

It's best to have the run be in one video. This is so we can prevent having segmented runs from the leaderboards. Sorry about that :/
