I finally took the time to record myself doing a run (or a Ron as I like to call it). There was actually a lot of mistakes and I know that I could easily improve it- especially because I believe I may have found a slight time save. I will eventually put a list of tricks and trivia in the comments, but until then- I beat the WR by 3 minutes! Everything in this was found/discovered by me since there was no previous record of runs that were recorded.
