Started splits 20 seconds early, I wasn't sure how the load times would be for wii, seems the same, at least for the time from when we make a new game until we gain control.

This was just a runthrough of the game after I finished it for the first time. I might look at the guide and try and improve my time. Not totally sure though, I keep randomly getting some groundpounds when trying to double jump, and it ended up costing a good bit of time.
