Their accounts shouldn't be deleted and that thread would probably be plagued with people who aren't in the community and just think an already verified run was cheated

so why is jaypin88 unbanned if he cheated or is that not true? sicne i don't want any cheaters in my game since he a mod for Sushi the Cat and if he is a cheater i don't want him helping me

You can always ban him from your respective community, but a site-wide ban is not necessary. There has not been a reoccurring issue since his unban that would result in another site ban.

I think it should be stickied so people can easily find it in the future on how to avoid getting banned for cheating. (Unless jaypin88 didn't cheat, but that's a lot of pages and text to read)

It definitely has to be locked. People dont want to keep discussing this so it will only be used when its bumped. Also jaypin did get banned so theres no info here about how to avoid bans and theres no info about how to get unbanned. Theres just a bunch of posts about why he was banned and why he was unbanned.

His most recent run was two days ago and his account isn't displayed as being banned, like other accounts with gray names and a tooltip that says "banned".

And yet he should be. I can't think of a more important issue than a cheater being allowed to continue submitting runs. It damages the integrity of the entire site. Plugging your ears up and ignoring the issue doesn't make it go away. If people are fine with elo protecting cheaters then so be it I guess lol.
