seriously, the old profile pages is fine enough and there's nothing wrong with it and then they completely revamped the whole thing and it's completely fucking garbage and now we've to stuck with it

maybe i'm so used to older stuff but i find old profile pages easier to navigate overall, both "edit profile" and "edit theme" used to be big wide button on your profile and now it's just combined in this one little button which i find to be a bit awkward and weird to get used to

maybe revert to old one or have an option to either use old or new one, that's it

im annoyed by the button size and end up clicking the wrong button 78% of the time

The only problem I have with the new profiles is their junk on the right side of the screen that I don't care about.

What sort of meeting involving how many Elo employees, how many biscuits, and how long was it until it the decision to make profile pages more compact was agreed on? I mean I get the intention, with community broadcasts, but it's all on the home page and I don't need to be constantly reminded of such infrequent community announcements. Getting a slight reminder of how Digg fell apart here.

Expected this to be an overreaction, but unfortunately it wasn't. I hate this redesign. It looks like a mobile format with a bunch of ads for shit nobody wants to see on an individual profile. I guess they're creating more ad space, but still neglecting feature requests. A downgrade in every aspect with no improvements... Also, why would you shrink the user's avatar on their own profile page?
