Huge Question on what matter for Light level. Since i would like to Speed run Forsaken. However I do not know or Understand if their is a Light Level advantage or Disadvantage. As well as If all or Just A few of Weapons are Allowed.

yes it does NG+ should be done at max level thats what i do you would be at a disadvantage if you did your run at like recommended for the levels you do if that makes since
You dont need to be max power as the game caps off your damage when you are a certain amount of power above the recommended
