You are still modifying the game's internal data, and this is forbidden in almost every game's speedrunning community, including this one. If allowed, it can lead to arguments about, "oh, this guy modified (thing) in the game for his run, so can I also change (thing)???". We really don't need that.
Japanese is faster and used in the run anyway! That clean version could be used for a family friendly youtuber though, try putting it online if that's allowed! I'm sure someone could find a use for it!

About a month ago, there was a community poll held in the discord to add IGT to Deltarune. After a close poll of about 70 to 5, we have added the use of IGT to the game. This IGT only makes a difference to the All Chapters categories, removing the time spent switching between chapter 1 and chapter 2
