NEWLY FOUND: This glitch will save your division as well as everything else stated. If you want to do 100% you can only use it for money.

1: Complete the game until Premier Division to unlock all outfits 2: Gain a decent amount of money on that file (enough to buy the outfit you plan to use for NGC) 3: IMPORTANT: Equip an outfit THAT IS NOT the one you will be using for the NG+ run, the best will be one of the first unlocked outfits as the skill equipped are removed from the new base character 4: Go back to main menu and start new game 5: On character creation screen, pick your character BUT DO NOT CONTINUE 6: Click back to go back to home screen 7: Click Continue on the home screen and you will have all of your money. All clothing items will be unlocked except the outfit you chose on the other file unless that clothing is one of the first clothing items. Have fun with the NG+ run!

EXTRA NOTES: If you reset your medals on the other file(which you should have) the $1000 medal will be given instantly. Clothing in the shop will be unlocked up until the division you made it to on your other file
