This run is dedicated to Muzgrob

This was done immediately after a failed any% run. Technically this was a pb by nearly 5 hours. :^)

I might try any% again in the future. I love this game, but I didn't remember all the steps I needed to actually finish the game. The world finally fell to panic when I couldn't access the last mission because I didn't have anyone with strong enough psi powers. I think I could finish a run if I gave it one more shot.
