So I know we have Slobber Knocker Anywhere OG already that has been picking up some serious traction lately among speedrunners, which is great and I'm happy to see. The competition has been tight lately with everyone gunning to take 1st place.
But it got me thinking about other possible categories that could provide a fun and challenging run with the lesser used vanilla characters in Slobber Knocker mode. As currently, they have no use to a runner which if you think about it, isolates a big chunk of the game that COULD be utilized if a reason to use them was made an option to a runner.
So, introducing my finished proof of concept for a run;
The Eric Bischoff Slobber Knocker OG Anywhere Run!
In this run you play as good ole vanilla Uncle Eric Bischoff and try and finish the run as quickly as possible utizing his kung fu and lack of toe kick.... Yup, he doesn't have a toe kick on vanilla.
Also would like to note that this run was done on a toaster running at god awful frames with audio that sounds like it was recorded in a bathroom or shed.

But I will say runs like these have legs to them that might the growth of the community. It's more fun when there is more competition to, well, compete against.
We added the challenge mode to try put something different out there but your right we should probably expand upon slobberknocker at some point.
I dont think specific wrestlers would work well because there would be just far too many categories but we could probably add a category where people select season stats at their minimum so everyone has the same stats and can use any wrestler they want based on either their moveset or just who they like IRL.
If we did this I think weapons should also be banned because it takes away from the uniqueness of the category and ultimately makes all of the runs the same.
The Bischoff run has been added to challenge mode and has replaced Ortons revenge. This is because the challenge was probably a little boring and its best not to flood the leaderboard with too many categories.
If anyone has an opinion on statless slobberknocker let me know.

Did some toying around with Statless, using weapons doesn't really change much since the lack of stats just neuters the effectiveness of it anyways since it doesn't end up doing a lot of damage and doesn't give a lot of momentum since these 2 things are tied to the strength stat, and with them being at 1 it just makes it as effective as any other move
haven't finished a run yet since i'm just testing out what would be optimal but took me around 5 or 6 minutes to do the 1st stage with weapons
edit: alright did a full run and got around 30 minutes (though there's a couple of things that can be done to optimize it a bit), pretty similar to the slobischoff run honestly
