sorry for the trivial question. I sometimes like to do a casual run of SA in one go but i frequently experience 2 issues on Windows 8.1, 1.01 EU gta_sa.exe (both original and no-cd), frame limiter on:

• mouse look doesn't work and have to move the cursor in the menu to restore it
• complete locks after cutscenes (especially when teleporting)

AFAIK 1.0 exe is used in speedrunning, can this solve the issues? and is it possible to run it in 1080p?
