What emulator is allowed, if someone can link the game and emulator that would be great (being a moderator would also be great).

Is using an emulator allowed? If so, I need to know which one is allowed.

And also could I be a moderator because it seems not many people are attempting this game.

I have noticed that some runs (such as the run in first place) seem to be the person failing nine times, and the ramp was not changing. Am I missing something?
