The timer should start on the first frame the level appears, because of the menu glitch I found a while ago you’re able to move while the 'Get Ready!' message is still showing, which causes the entire level to have different cycles, which really affects the gameplay. So I think that there should be a rule change and retime of the entire leaderboard, because the glitch is only useful in RTA runs of the game with the current ruling and bad in most IL attempts.
