Main Quest Order is pretty much that. Unless you mean a category without any movement exploits like sentry jumps or wavedashes and such, which I don't think the community would have much interest in doing.

You have to dash into a wall, then hit the opposite direction and regenerate before actually hitting the wall. The timing can be really finicky though
