It's a difference between inactive and being busy, no SRC mod would just give you a leaderboard once your pending verification takes longer than 21 days LUL (even if it took 3 months they would still suggest you to contact the moderators first, which again mods here would most likely respond and fix the issue in matter of week or two, but I guess private messages are too scary these days)

Are mechapwned consoles (to make your console basically region free) considered a modded ps2 console? To my knowledge it doesn't make loading any faster than the original console, only makes running on real hardware more accessible to Europeans.

Why would you not include the driving in the final time? There is a stats screen after each mission and you can just add these two together?

Honestly to me the driving is as important as the fire section itself and I don't see a reason to not account for driving.
