So i did some more testing. It appears you are correct @Krzysiek. Its not me picking up the potion. Its me running at the specific coordinate where the lazarus portal is hidden and thats based on the map layout. Damn I thought i discovered something cool but this turns out to just be relative to where they put those coordinates and this is not viable in RTA :(

2. The Healing pot by the barrels was just there. It was not dropped.
