I don't know if this is known or not, but you can hookshot the push the middle block. Then quickly hookshot the chest allowing you to open it. Then if you hold right you can drain the pond without having to enter and reexit

Still havent tested it but if you store your position with the lean teleport glitch above ground, so like on top of a building. Then used the item glitch to climb over walls if you then activated the teleport glitch right before you hit the ground would you begin to move vertically which would make for a safe landing
