Why is there no millisecond in the IGT anymore? It causes some complications and makes categories like 10-man smash look biased. Was this a website change or a moderator change?

Is there a discord for runners to discuss their strategies and/or discuss speedrunning related things (such as adding new categories or a simple way to talk to mods) Sonic Adventure 2 Battle has a speedrunning discord and i think it'd be fairly useful for sm4sh aswell!
