The revolution version of PCSX is something more questionable... Since we're talking about SDS ePSXe 1.9 is the only ePSXe that can uphold to that.
Otherwise ePSXe 1.7 and psxfin are top 2 if the speedrunners used FDS.
Mednafen compiled their own PS1 emulator.
I don't know RetroArch if it's their own core or not. I trust RetroArch less than Mednafen because I don't know it's PS1 core whether it was a custom core or not.
