Florida, USAEven though there's only been 1 run, we have decided to proactively not allow untimed breaks, meaning any breaks you take will have the timer running. This is due to the fact that there are at least 4 credits required to be watched during the run, which adds up to over 20m, which is plenty of time to do anything needed to be done mid run, and there's also a large amount of cutscenes like portrificationizer, boss cutscenes, and things like the parlor cutscene and the one at the start of the game. I am putting this here and now so if there are any objections, they can be raised as soon as possible.

I use emu but you can use an arcade. At the moment, I don't think there are any open arcade places :/
Nemi43 has a speedrun.com account and its just nemi. If you see his youtube, he has his galaxy 2 wr there and its linked to his SRC if you check their leaderboards (unless theres a reason hes uncredited then this is pointless then)

If you go Anthony’s house and then click edit stage and scroll over, you can view the Hudson stages, this is a perfect category to make
