I corrected your time as the Individual Level Leaderboards go by In Game Time. Also just so you know you do not have to reset your power level. Just make sure you hit start sometime during the stage as it will show what mode you're on. Please make sure you check out the category rules for future submissions. I suppose if there are more people interested in this category I could add it one day. I have a survival mode speed run on my You-Tube Channel for both Single Player and Co-Op if you wanna check them out. I'm not too fond of the category myself honestly as it requires Major RNG but, I did a speedrun of it regardless I'll leave a link below if you're interested in watching them. Also its great seeing new players like yourself get into the game and submitting times I hope the community becomes more popular and continues to grow larger in the future. Also great job on the livesplit resource you added it looks great!!!

You can find it online without steam but, you would need to go to trusted sites. People keep track of all the patches. I personally don't fine Legacy% enjoyable to watch anymore. As I believe the game has been advanced enough to pull off things like sub hour Gnarly on newer patches with multiple characters. BTW I also feel Any% should be the first category displayed when clicking on this game.
I have 3 best games IMO for their genre.

I don't believe there are any differences between PC and Console.
I definitely enjoy Theory Crafting and coming up with Strategies, Sequence Breaks or New Optimizations for Stages and Boss Fights the most. Also if something is inconsistent or considered inconsistent for the time I love to try and figure out methods that make it consistent. I also like achieving my goals and my Current Goal for the Game I'm running TMNT Shredders Revenge is to break the Sub Hour mark for Arcade Mode on Gnarly which is the hardest Difficulty for the game. I'm a little sad not many people play Gnarly or at least watched my runs.
Honestly with the way the current patch is it could probably be done now and not have to be separated into different modes. Just Characters, Difficulties and even Co-Op seems fine to implement now especially since the Leader Board and the Site have been updated. I do hope the mods look into this!!!
I would love to see IL's eventually. I think the addition of IL's could light a spark in the community a little bit so I figured I should revive this topic. Hopefully with DLC on the rise this game gets more popular for speedrunning.
I think so eventually anyway. I don't know how we would categorize them though. Like Story Mode for example has all the levels you can do but, you also have more Super Meter Bars. Not sure how that can be restricted exactly. Also there is definitely a lot of categories for Single Player and Multiple Types of Co-Op Runs. So its hard to say what it will consist of exactly. Also can't forget Multiple Difficulty Levels. We would have to come together as a community to decide how to approach this.
