I am playing on steam and my fps is locked at 45. Doesn't matter whether vsync is on, fullscreen, tate mode, beta, main, doesnt matter my fps is still locked at 45. I can maybe understand locking it at 60 but I can't even get it there. Has anyone figured out a way around this?
