3. I have a reprogrammable 8-bitdo controller with a back button so I can reach 3-buttons without changing grip (Backbutton, R1, R2 and also Right stick). So I'm also open for suggestions of original categories that are resonable to compete with one hand this way. :)

Hi there, I have hurt one of my hands and can't perform in the games I usually run. So I have two questions.

1. Is there an easy way to browse 1-handed categories on speedrun.com or do I have to check games one by one until I find a game that suits me?

2. Please give me some suggestions of 1-handed games/categories! (That wasn't really a question:D)

If you have run this game for a while you might’ve seen that you sometimes get strange time saves with identical driving. I’ve been clueless about the cause but @Jfred might’ve solved it. T The theory follows:

If you continue playing without hard resets between the runs the time save starts to appear. So as long as you reset between the runs witch the rules states, they shouldn’t appear.

If you get a time save even with resets (for example a 57” 03 in the first stage instead of 57” 68) then the theory might be wrong. In that case, please write in the post!

Otherwise we’re good to go and can keep the IGT witch is the best option IMO.

I'm running Outrun 3-D at the moment and there are inconsistencies there as well. Especially on Stage 3, I'm losing 80/100 seemingly for no reason whatsoever. Full speed, similar driving.

In my opinion I think we should keep the IGT as long as possible. It's such an iconic part of the game and makes it differ from all the RTA games out there. It also the main reason I run this game in the first place.
