Hello everyone, I am pretty new to speedrunning and I wanna learn how to do it. When I get to the Vortigaunt boost part in the chamber, the Vortigaunt doesn't want to attack me. He only attacks once the loading and black screen have happened. I am playing on Hard.

Couldn't find anything on google about this so I decided to ask in the forums.
