The taskbar is needed to be shown so you can prove that you aren't using an auto-clicker or a cheating device to be verified into the leaderboard. But from what I know, there aren't many mobile auto-clickers.

I use it for my runs. Just make sure that if you are doing longer runs, you have the right equipment and enough space. Though mobile is alright for shorter runs I feel that it isn't as fast as a PC, though I use it for the accurate touch controls. So, yeah you can use DraStic for your runs. As a guy who loves TASBot, pretty insane. And I would love to see more of them appear!

It is likely possible to get a good handful of 0% recipes. But is as difficult as a Gold Medal run.
