Hiii, I'm new in the world of speedruns in general, and I'm learning Pokèmon Red as a starter. Now, I have a little question on manips: am I timed after I buffer my intros and going in-game? Can I take it slowly to memorize it better, or (and I think it's more plausible) am I supposed to not lose any frame and just go for it and learn it "the hard way"? Asking because learning the God Nido 7A manip has been decent, but the Mt. Moon manip looks really scary to learn.
