the times on the coop leaderboard are extremely slow due to playing on the wrong settings and using suboptimal strategy. 40+ seconds could easily be saved on the wr using the following:

1. level 17, unless it's somehow banned
2. any handicap, but ideally 9 with little or no digging in order to have fast drop speed
3. players using their half of the screen ONLY. you can use screen marker software to make this easier if you want. this is faster because you don't need to waste time moving your pieces, and makes it easier to finish. also makes level 17 playable.

i think everyone knows you can do this, so why hasn't this category been destroyed yet? to demonstrate i finished a slow 100l with overlapping keybinds because i have no one to do real runs with (FeelsBadMan 🔫). keep in mind this wastes time because i have to play like a pussy to not desync the right half. 2 players who can sub 3:10 in singleplayer would probably sub 2:50 after a few runs, even if they were playing on kaillera with 80 ping.
