Why is this under Sonic Fan Games? I'm genuinely confused.

I accidentally set it as 2:07 but it was actually 2:11 whoops still the WR though Edit: Apparently I accidentally broke a rule and that was using my save file not free play (pretty stupid huh) anyways ignore my first run mods.
