Most of it is calculus, statistics, and other high level mathematics. Biometrics, to my knowledge, is not used for any kind of life guidance or reflection of life so far. This isn't Gattaca. Biometrics are used for personal identification, especially in the realm of security.

If I understand your first suggestion, you're saying to track how many WRs everyone has. This has been suggested before. It has been rejected as it incentivizes creating garbo/meme categories as well as not being an accurate representation of skill. The commenting on runs has been suggested dozens of times before too. It will not be implemented as it has too much room for abuse and is redundant to functionality on most video hosting sites.
