Yeah afaik Chromebooks CAN'T run .EXE files (that's why I personally hate them)

It's probably possible and people have tried TONS of setups afaik just most of them don't work.
Well depending on your computer you can just search it up. Like if you are using whatever Nestopia runs on you can just search up "nestopia" and you should get results, or Bishawk, etc.
I wish there was a way to push Mario closer to the fp without slowing him down a ton. Only problem if there is a way framerules would probably mess it up. Also, it's funny how people who don't know a lot about the game might think that 1/256 pixel is really far away but we are like it's insanely close lol. Idk though.
I think that does have to do with frame rules, but I'm not 100% sure. I do think I saw someone say it is, so I'm like 99% sure, but idk.
Yeah I'd recommend not really following Kosmic's sub 5 tutorial yet because it's better just to hack away at the times than when you get like 5:00 or something go for sub 5 if you know what I mean.

LETS GOOOO This is amazing! Thanks so much for making it. We were talking about the game without framerules earlier and I'm so glad someone made the ROM. Now we need this on PAL with NTSC set emu +speed GG code and that's the fastest you could play?... Idk just speculation. I agree, someone NEEDS to make a TAS with this patch. I would but I don't have TASing software. GL to anyone who does/will though!
I think that if any new time saves happen, they will either save like 5 frames or like 5 seconds. Plus, it will probably be in the FAR future when someone finds something new. Also like PAL, tons of possibilities there. (Ultra_Exists moment 😳)
Btw I'm not saying this like "OmG OnLy ThReE FrAmEs AwAy ThIs WiLl Be EaSy" or some stupid sh*t I'm just saying it will happen.
Plus the fast accel, which is okay but damn, it's insane.
