Congrat's on the first run and WR Loloup!
I think the time difference is more in the time it takes for the opening video to realize it shouldn't load. you know where you usually get the anime intro?
that's my theorie, Could just be the I/O time it takes to load the next part of the game.
it's not slower, you can still spam that double click and it doesn't change anything, just makes double clicks more forgiving.
I also found it made dash attacks way easier and you can actually take some time to move your mouse around to aim at ennemies better.
So I was looking around in the .ini config and I found this interesting setting "DoubleClickFrame"
Basically what it does is increase the amount of frames it takes to register a double click, thus making dash jumping way less straining.
Default is set to 12 frames so basically you could bump that number to 60 and it would mean you'd have 1 second to make a double click.
do we want to disallow this modification? I'd personally allow it since it doesn't change much and just makes dash jumping at little less straining.
what do you think?
"Considering it looks hand-drawn that map could be improvable. The 3rd from bottom square in the first image seems wrong, what looks like a left path really is just a straight path in the game"
Yeah, this got me confused at first too, but overall I think this map is pretty useful for routing the cave, what I did in my run notes is that I just traced the path I should follow and it worked pretty well. also, the fact that the item locations are noted on the map is a really big plus.
PS: I didn't draw the map
Thread to post Maps of the areas in the game.

Just Finished my first run ever, Personally against turbo but won't give shit to people if they use it.
ALAKTORN I have a question for you, what's the strat for the wyvern Corridor jump at the end? It's by far the most time consuming part of my run and I was wondering if there's a consistent way of doing it? right now I pretty much just do a dash jump and spam Jump+Attack while in the air hoping I do a spin.
PS: thanks for your run really helped me learn this speedrun :D
