SwitzerlandNew strat for Breadcrumbs. Shoot near the enemy with the suitcase as soon as the objective icon appears on top of it's head. (It's possible you can get called on by bystanders. Avoid holding the gun for too long and being close to them.) Shoot a few times around him to spook and make him go into "search mode". He'll walk faster to the first briefcase exchange, afterward when the swapping ends and that the objective icon "reappears" on top of the new Holder of the case, do it like before with the first guy. For the guy in the boat, shoot as soon as he opens the door (can shoot at the door) to spook him again and make him walk faster to his destination. (video on left is the new strat)

This is a comparison of the Japanese language compared to English in A3M6 (By Any Means Necessary), it's the only mission where a language is faster than any others for this game. This saves approximately 24 seconds.
Maybe ILs could work but I really don’t know what characters we should add there. Maybe an IL about KFM’s arcade with a clean mugen? (With just only 2 KFM’s and 2 stages)

No. Just beating a chosen character doesn't seem like a worthy misc. category, besides, I don't think anyone would go for that category. You literally need to download a random character for the speedrun.
Your lack of skill shouldn’t have it’s own category xd. Can just do any% without those strats, idk what’s the big deal of making a new category just for you.
Yeah screenpacks have different KO’s text that can appear faster or not. But I’ll just stop the time when it first appears (even if not fully seen, just the first frames) so you can use any screepacks as long as I think it doesn’t break any rules.
why add multiple boards for the same game but just for different platforms used? It makes literally no fucking sense
