can the Enemy Hp Bar mod be used in a speedun? I find this extrememly useful. Is this forbidden like any mods?

would be intresting if we could see who can sort the cards the fastest. The rule is You start where the cards are at and see who can sort the cards the fastest! I know all the cards are in the same spots but itll be fun
