It would be simple, you'd just have to get perfect on every level and 100% all bonus levels, I think it would be nice.

You seem to be able to save a good second or so on sandy shoal if you wait in the bottom right and the fish that will eat you spawns right there, it takes half a second to a second ish to go over to the left or anywhere else if they spawn away from you, so you can save a bit of time if the enemy fish spawns right next to you.
