I have a local .mp4 video file of a run which I originally streamed to Twitch, but at the time it was streamed, I did not have automatic archiving enabled. I have a few questions about getting such a file onto Twitch as a highlight.

1. As I understand, it is not possible to upload a video file to Twitch. The only way to get it onto Twitch is to re-stream the content. To what degree is this type of re-streaming permitted by Twitch? I do not recall anything in the Twitch terms, etc. that would prohibit doing so, but I also imagine that re-streaming the same content over and over to keep your channel active would be frowned upon. Is it okay to stream runs a second time if they weren't archived or highlighted?

2. How does one actually go about re-streaming? I assume it just consists of playing the video file on your local machine, and pointing OBS to the running video instead of a game. If so, is there a recommended video player to use that will retain the authentic Twitch feel of the video (i.e., one that will not result in a different aspect ratio, add subtitles, reduce the picture quality, lag while playing, etc.)?

Wow, thanks for adding it already. It will indeed be interesting to see who the first brave soul is to attempt a Heroic run. I can't even imagine such levels of frustration.
