Why were MKTV replays banned in runs? (obviously talking about the runs that start on lakitu's light turning green, Blue Yourself, %sdrawkcaB, etc.)

they could also just split them like how they split pre 2.3.0 versions and 2.3.0+ versions in MK8DX.
