Yeah I’ve been playing games for a long time that have a double tap dash mechanic so I do it naturally anyway.

For me it just dashed automatically most of the time.

Also I believe there is a speed difference between if you have your game on an SD card or on the console. I know because Nintendo said themselves that the fastest load time is on the Switch’s native memory. So if anyone is planning on doing a story run, then make sure it is on your switch itself (you can change the location by archiving the software and redownloading it without the SD card in (for putting it on the switch), and if you want to put it back on your SD card then do the same but keep your SD card in).

And yeah the allies really are RNG luck, most of the time they damage Dedede too much and I have to restart ?.

Yeah I can’t find anyone doing it or figure it out myself, how do you skip Meta Knight’s Multiplication?

I can do Hyness some of the time, but I’m not sure how to do Dedede and Meta Knight, I’m hitting those doods as fast as humanly possible. Oh well whatever, I’ll try to improve but if not I’m happy being #16 until I get bumped down. Thanks!

I was gonna say keep everything in one category until a DLC character is able to complete it faster than the others, but then I was reminded by Rocketstation that the new DLC character have different rooms, so it might be good to keep everything together, except all new DLC characters, which should all have their own categories due (because if you didn’t then you would be putting times together from different levels). It would not be fair to group different stages together because they could take starkly different amounts of times overall.

Seriously, you used Bluster Meta Knight and got that? What did you do so different than what I’m doing to get 30 seconds faster than me?

Just cut down my time by ~4 seconds, idk how it’s possible to get a whole 50 seconds faster, I mean those high times are rediculous.

Hey guys, I’m new to this site, and I wanted to speedrun a mobile IOS game called Cat Bird, and I checked the rules, and it said that I need to use a recorder and timer mentioned here. I checked them, and I don’t know how I’m supposed to use them on my phone, and how I put the timer on the corner. If you know what to do than please help me out. Thanks!
