In Chained together you can make it on top of the elevator in 21 seconds but i cant do it i cant fly faster i can make it in 27 seconds or 26

In the beginning of chained together how do u get to the wheel thing in 21 seconds i keep on getting there in 27 seconds and i fly so slow with the wings
