I would have thought getting one Tetris would have been the last goal. There is plenty of time to do so and would incorporate all 3 games into the run.
You can't beat NES Tetris at all, even if you were playing Type A game on a Tetris cartridge. The game wins eventually. That hasn't stopped folks from speedrunning it though ;)

Was thinking about coming back to this game and doing some more runs but I need clarification on some stuff because nothing here seems to make sense.
Any% WR does not see the credits but the timer is supposed to stop when the credits play.
My current any% run was supposed to be an All Levels run but i was told by a mod that it didn't meet the criteria for the category? O.o
Can i get some clarification on this stuff because it doesn't make sense to me.

Lead mod for Mighty Gunvolt Burst has been inactive for a while. Reached out to him a month ago, he said that he didn't like moderating and would add another player(Kiwami) as a mod. Nothing has changed and he hasn't logged in.
Myself and another player(also inactive) are mods, but I'd like to be able to add another active player to the mods list so it isn't just me verifying runs.
Looked at the 100% rules. Rules state "Complete the game and collect all power-ups and skills. Must beat final boss again after collecting all power-ups and skills."
My take: After beating the final stage you get the last of the power-ups/skills, and the game has been completed(you beat every stage and collected all the power-ups/skills). If we don't need to get the pixel stickers in the other stages, going through the boss rush a second time with an extra 500 CP just seems like a waste of time as there is nothing different with the last stage if you have collected everything. At the time of posting this there are no runs in any of the 100% categories and I think this stipulation of having to go through the boss rush a second time may be why people aren't running it (I know it's why I haven't). There is one 100% run waiting for verification, but at the time of posting this the rules would invalidate it as the boss rush is only done once(and I don't blame them for only doing it once, they beat the game and got everything).
My idea would be to stop the timer after getting the 500 CP from the last stage.
Hoping to get some community feedback on the rules regarding this category.
Could end timing on the first frame of "water hazard" appearing on screen to make timing a little simpler.

This actually forces you to do a lot of chip ins and putting in a small amount of time and could benefit your short game overall. Ran this as a joke but it does have some benefits imo.

@AzizidarkReborn I like the list as well but for the first one I would like to see it be all big pieces, switches, and stages cleared
Marathon and Ultra are score-based. Marathon is the highest score you can get within 150 lines. Ultra is a 3-minute score attack.
Sprint is clearing 40 Lines as quickly as possible.
100 lines category would be cool.
Maybe a Puyos cleared category as well?
