Well, God of War 1 doesn't have a real NG+ mode. Just using a costume is the closest thing to a NG+, and that's what Exe and others have started calling any GoW1 category with a costume. And since you can't wear a costume on God-mode, God-mode and NG+ are basically incompatible.
So what you're asking is... God-mode glitchless any% category? Guess that would be a bit like what Ballofsnow's classic God-mode run was like, except not segmented. That would be a valid category, I guess, although "glitchless" is a bit hard to define. It could work out, if there were interested runners.
Recently hheimdall uploaded his run on the leaderboards, and I have a few points to raise about it.

First of all, the term "glitchless NG+" is a contradiction, since NG+ by itself is a glitch. If we do allow NG+ glitch since it is analogous to a New Game+ mode, it should be mentioned in the category name at the very least.
Second of all, what does Hera's Chalice have to do with anything? It's a modifier that hardly impacts the game since it's NG+ and Kratos is extremely overpowered, and it also makes the category more arbitrary. If another runner made a similar and faster run but without Hera's Chalice, would it obsolete this one?
Third, the idea of a glitchless run is always fairly arbitrary, and this run is especially so since the runner sometimes uses, sometimes doesn't use speed tactics. Quick rolling is not used. Vent puzzle shortcut is used. (Those are two examples I picked up from the first third of the run.) So what constitutes as a glitch?
(On that note, the fight tactics are also kind of unrefined since the player mostly spams Divine Reckoning to get past everything... it is one of the weakest magics in the game.)
(Also, where should the timing of a NG+ run start? Exe's previous NG+ run started it from before NG+ glitch. This one starts from pressing New Game after having done the glitch. Which is better?)
Personally this run feels more like a fast Let's Play than a speedrun, and the category might be too arbitrary to list. What do other people think?
EDIT: SerSanju informed me that there is an option to list a run under Misc Categories. He moved the run there for now.
I suppose this leaderboard focuses more on RTA records of God of War? In any case, I'll list some of the classic segmented runs of God of War people have made in the past. Note that it's been customary to play for fastest in-game time in segmented runs, explaining why the times are so different compared to RTAs.
- Vipeazone Style's run from 2013. Unknown number of segments. Ostensibly easy-mode, Tycoonius (NG+ any%). Full run isn't viewable anywhere, but there exists a highlights compilation. Time at final save was 49 minutes 58 seconds.
Highlights reel:
- Tyrhhjy's run from 2009. Unknown number of segments. God-mode. Captured on video camera in many parts. Time at final save was 54 minutes 29 seconds.
First part of nine:
- Shenminiu's run from 2008. 23 segments. God-mode. Time at final save was 1 hour 5 minutes 11 seconds.
First part:
- Ballofsnow's run from 2006. 20 segments. God-mode. Time at final save was 2 hours 16 minutes 23 seconds. This is practically a glitchless run of God of War since it was made before the first big glitch discoveries.

Hey. Maybe a week ago I found an exploit from Saints Row: The Third that helps save money and probably time as well in a run.
I mentioned this trick at SDA as well, but guess I will divulge some more info here. It's basically a simple menu glitch that allows you to purchase a shop item at the price of the above or below item. In other words, you can for example purchase Lv. 3 upgrade with the price of Lv. 2 upgrade - probably a lot cheaper - or Lv. 4 Upgrade with the price of Lv. 1 upgrade.
Unfortunately the gun shop in Saints Row: The Third is the only place I've found out where these menu glitches actually produce useful results. You can try to do the trick when customizing vehicles as well, but it doesn't work the same way. Also trying to buy skills from your phone for cheaper or earlier than normal with the trick softlocks the game, so that's not recommended either.
In Saints Row IV there are even more variations, but those too mostly just cause softlocks. You can try to purchase gun upgrades under the required price, but the game prevents the transaction and it's like nothing happens, so at the moment there are no useful variations of this exploit in SRIV.
Didn't test much in Saints Row 2, but the very different shop system there seems to lack this kind of loopholes... Yeah. I also have no idea about Saints Row 1 menus since I don't have it... I guess I'll post updates here if I happen to play more Saints Row any time soon and notice more exploits.
