Hello, new mod for this board. I have amended the rules to follow the generally accepted vernacular, but with all things if new information is brought to light regarding emus or any other part of these rules they will be properly discussed and decided upon.

As always, looking forward to seeing some new faces running this game. Board is slowly being overhauled, so if there are any other requests or suggestions I am happy to discuss.

for one, zsnes and older versions of snes9x is an absolute BAN without question. I def recommend going through some more popular snes titles to get an idea https://www.speedrun.com/aladdin_snes?h=Any&x=jdz9jv2v

In general I would enforce snes9x 1.53 or above and bsnes/higan as accepted emulators.
