this version of the game was accidently pushed into the main branch for some resean causing a downgrade to happen on the main branch now making the current version 1.0.7 as it was. i thankfully saved this build as it is
so. update to the timing rules of both the tutorial and main game for playtests 4 and 5
IGT Timing will be used as it is seen in game. however the older timing rules will remain in place for non-igt time stuff. this new timing rule thing will only affect playtests 4 and 5. 1-3 will not be affected alongside the episodic games. yeah
