Any strategy that abuses the game running at an absurdly low framerate is now banned. For instance, if the game is somehow running at 5 fps or lower, it is possible to jump on multiple consecutive frames, effectively allowing much higher jumps than normal.

This rule aims to prevent the game's speedrun from becoming an artificial FPS lowering hell.
