- Here is improvements for rules.
All Runs need Video with Audio proof.
The video need to be showing software reset of the game. (Or you can't start a run from a save state)
Timing of the run starts when you select a file.
Timing ends once you hit a switch to defeat Bowser.
Emulators banned: list all the banned emulators and versions.

"All Runs need Video with Audio proof." We see the video before verifying so if the audio isn't here we simply reject the run to avoid complaints like "this run is spliced"
"The video need to be showing software reset of the game." Yeah of course but why put this in rules ? That's so obvious imo.
"Emulators banned: list all the banned emulators and versions." That's interesting. I think only allow Desmume is the solution for that because this emu is the more accurate than others.
"2. We should make a proper route for this game." there are only 7 levels so the route is always the same (1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-T, 1-4, 1-Castle)
"3. Make guide how to setup the game and emulator." I don't use emu but @Hubadad or anyone else can do a guide like that sure.
Nice checklist but I do seem to have I problem with one of the rules when I run and that is audio. When I try to start with audio it is super messed up
