I was just posting to ask if the trick in the super mario all stars version where you can press left and right on the dpad at the same time(either via emulator on pc or shaving down bump in super nintendo controller) to go fast was allowed, i haven't seen the top runners use it so I wasn't sure if it wasn't allowed or it was just too difficult to perform a successful run with, thanks

No, left+right is not allowed and that is for most games.

There should be a category with left+right
